Methods to solve the poor reflectivity of marked pavement lines
Reflective road lines painting is not an easy task. It requires a certain objective conditions and the subjective efforts, extensive construction experience, scientific principle, so the following problems should be paid great attention to resolve during traffic lines construction:
Suitable embedded depth of the elements will lead a good reflective effection. Generally, the best depth is half embedded in the coatings, half exposed. If the glass beads body is embedded too deep, the reflection refractive will not come back. If embedded too shallow, to nuch exposed, the surface of the glass beads body will be worn off soon, the shininess is poor.
The appropriate spreading amount of glass beads is another important point for good reflectivity. The beads amount coated in road lines is too small, result in insufficient reflectivity. Excessive beads, on the one hand, will prone to dense refraction; and also a waste of glass beads, causing pollution. The best reflective effect is per square meter 0. 37k-0. 45k.
