The Aluminium Incinerated scrap is the by-product derived from the reprocessing IBA Incinerator bottom ash). It can be classified as follows: Basel code B1010. EW Code: 17 04 02. With a low melting point at 660'C, on visual inspection, aluminium can be found as melted and re-solidified particles or rocks. This happens to aluminium foil that is converted into small droplets during the incineration process. Some larger and thicker aluminium packaging items can still be partially recognised as they retain their shape. The heterogeneous nature of the processed material is due to the diversified conditions present in the combustion chamber, (some relatively cooler regions in the furnace). The stock can contain all kind of aluminium packing. We can currently provide this material in three different fractions and with different aluminium content: 3-8 mm split in two different qualities: 65% ± 3% Al 85% ± 3% Al 8-16 mm: about 70% ± 3% Al 16-60 mm: about 80% ± 3% Al The material contains minor impurities typically stones, ash, glass. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities can be sorted, but not fully removed. The collected stock is stored in warehouse on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20' Feet heavy duty container.
Specification for Scrap Fridge Compressor Product Name: Scrap Fridge Compressor Purpose: The scrap fridge compressor is intended for recycling and recovery of materials from refrigeration units. It is designed to extract valuable metals such as copper, aluminum, and steel, as well as other recyclable components, from old or discarded refrigeration compressors. Dimensions and Weight: Dimensions: Typically measures approximately [insert dimensions] (may vary slightly depending on manufacturer and model). Weight: Varies, but generally ranges from [insert weight range] kilograms (kg). Materials Used: Shell: Steel or cast iron. Internal Components: Copper winding, aluminum wire, steel casing, and potentially other metals depending on the design and age of the compressor. Oil and Refrigerant: May contain residual oil and refrigerant, which need to be properly handled and disposed of according to environmental regulations. Condition: The scrap fridge compressor is generally considered non-functional and is obtained from discarded refrigeration units. It may show signs of wear, corrosion, or damage, typical of used or old compressors. Environmental Considerations: Contains materials that require environmentally responsible disposal or recycling methods. May contain oils, refrigerants, or other substances that are hazardous to the environment if not properly handled. Packaging: Typically sold loose or in bulk for scrap metal processing. Packaging, if any, should be minimal and not contribute to environmental waste. Safety Precautions: When handling scrap fridge compressors, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety goggles to avoid injury and contamination. Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding the handling, transport, and disposal of scrap metal and hazardous materials. Documentation: May come with basic documentation such as the model number (if identifiable), manufacturer (if identifiable), and any other relevant markings or labels that can assist in identifying its origin and composition. Usage: Intended for recycling purposes only. Can be processed to extract valuable metals and materials for reuse in manufacturing. Storage: Store in a dry and secure area away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent further degradation. Disposal: Dispose of in accordance with local environmental regulations and guidelines. Recycle components where possible to minimize environmental impact. Additional Notes: Variations in specifications and components may exist depending on the specific model and manufacturer of the fridge compressor. Always verify the composition and condition of the scrap fridge compressor before processing or handling. This specification provides a comprehensive overview of the scrap fridge compressor, outlining its intended use, materials, environmental considerations, and safety precautions necessary for handling and disposal.
