SpringFlux Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Modules are liquid filtration products that use hydrophilic microporous hollow fiber membranes (top world-class PVDF material) to produce cross-flow, dead-end and feed-and-bleed liquid ultrafiltration systems. UF membrane pore sizes range from 0.005 to 0.05um. The fine pores form an ideal physical barrier to remove impurities while allowing water molecules to pass through. Micro-organisms like diatomaceous earth (DE), parasites, bacteria, viruses, colloids and suspended matters are effectively removed by the UF membrane. The result is the clean and clear permeate, water that is ready for use or further treated for process needs.

UF Work Principle: The Ultrafiltration is used to screening as separation principle ,that is process of membrane separation with the pressure ,the precision of filtration is in 0.005-0.01m range,which can effectively remove particles ,colloids ,bacteria ,pyrogen and high polymer organic matter in water .It can be widely applied to the separation ,concentration,purification of substances .The Ultra filtration Process has no phase inversion , operation under normal temperature.It is better to separate for pyrogen ,and have good resistance heat ,resistance acid &alkali and oxidation resistance ,and it is continuously used under 60 and PH 2-11 for a long time.
