PHD series are made by special FeSi powder. It doesn't include any adhesive, no aging. So alloy has a higher continuous operating temperature (155íµ).
1ú¼ PHD-40 can be used in medium frequency (<20KHZ) and high power (100KW-1000KW).
2ú¼ PHD-60 Can be used in high frequency (<50KHZ) and medium power (50KW-100KW).

Benefitsú¦
PHD-40 VS Amorphous laminations with gaps (>4mm)
0.1mm ordinary FeSi alloy laminations gaps (>4mm)
Big size powder core >4 inch (OD) FeSi6.5% /HIGH FLUX 26ª¦ powder core:
1. Lower loss (Nearly zero gaps with reduction in fringe flux and core loss).
2. Lower temperature.
3. Lower cost
4. No noise
5. No aging.
6. Better temperature stability
7. Lower 30% weight and volume and easier to wind technical than big size powder core.
PHD-60 VS Amorphous laminations with gaps(1MM
Big size powder core OD>4 inch FeSi6.5% / HIGH FLUX 60ª¦ powder core

Oriented strand board (OSB) is replacing plywood, especially for timber framed houses and in the packaging industry with efficiency and sustainability. OSB is used instead of cement-based building materials reducing carbon emission. To produce oriented strand board, logs are sliced into long chips called strands. These are laid in perpendicular layers and bonded using resin. The result is a strong board that resists moisture, giving it a high load capacity. Thus OSB is strong yet flexible. OSB is produced in huge, continuous mats to form a solid panel product of consistent quality with no laps, gaps, or voids. Finished panels are available in large dimensions, minimizing the number of joints that can "leak" heat and admit airborne noise.
