Independently research and develop three dimensional nonlinear gas lubrication simulation analyse software, which can analyse different parameters (dimension, gas pressure, film gap, orifice diameter and place), optimize these parameters to get the most raisonnable result. Through a large number of experimental verification, simulation result can match experimental production perfectly.
2, structure design
Independently designed principal axle(upright and horizontal ones), aerostatic supporting slideway, aerostatic cushion etc., the axle combined with journal- antithrust hybrid bearing. We can adjust our design according different rigidity and load bearing requirement using small holes or porous graphite orifice. Our products are no stop up, simple structure and ingenious, facilitate assembly and disassembly, easy safeguard, highly reliable.
3, precision manufacturing and assemble
We have ultra precision turning, polishing, grinding and assembly ability, we have accurate testing equipments such as roundness measuring equipment, plane interferometer and coordinate measuring machine, we can finish plane, cylinder and sphere machining and testing, flatness error <1um, cylindricity error <0.5um, perpendicularity error < 1.5um, surface roughness ra 0.02um.
