Super fine pendulum mill description:
The 4mrx3216, 5mrx4119 super fine pendulum produced by shanghai kungke rd&bridge machinery co., ltd is an upgrade product of the traditional pendulum mill, because the final product fineness increase largely, it can reach 1000mesh.This machine have a greater applicable range than traditional pendulum mill, which just can reach 400mesh.

Super fine pendulum mill features:
Compared with traditional Raymond mill, under the same fineness, for this machine, the capacity increase 50-80%, while the total installed capacity just increase 1-8%, so the energy consumption decrease by 40%, the economic efficiency improvement is very considerable.
The fineness of the finished product is easy to adjust from 100 mesh to 1250 mesh, and the classification accuracy is very high, no large practical pollution, which can meet different user need, and have strong market adaptability.

Application:
This machine is suitable for grinding all kinds of non-plastic mineral, mineral soil, metal oxide, chemical compounds and other non-flammable explosive materials , for them, mohs hardness below 7, water content less than 8%.

High Efficiency Counter Current Inclined Mixer :- Operation is based on counter current principle. The eccentrically placed high energy agitator rotates in counter clockwise direction within the clockwise rotating pan. In addition, the inclined arrangement 30 degree pan , mixing pan tumbles the material & ensures vertical mixing . A material deflector plate prevents material sticking to pan wall scaper from top to bottom & deflects it into high speed rotor. Further it also accelerates the discharge of material at the end of mixing cycle. SALIENT FEATURES :- Hydraulic actuated central discharge system . Gear and Pinion drive for the mixing pan results in low noise and reduced maintenance, The rotating mixing pan is enclosed in static case resulting dust free operation. For low speed application agitator is directly driven by geared motor whereas for high speed application it is driven by 'V' belt drive. A large hinged door provided on the rotating pan gives easy access to inside of pan. Perfect alignment of mixing pan at high loads/speeds by specially designed slewing ring which guide the pan both in horizontal & vertical direction. All greasing points are connected to a Auto centralized lubrication system thus ensuring high reliability operation. Pioneers classifying machine is mainly used in the production flow of metal processing. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 14-325 meshes are classified. Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores.

Working principle
The principle used in spiral classifier is that different sizes of crushers have different weights, so their sedimentation rates are also different. In the working process, fine ore grains float on the surface of water, and rough grains sink on the bottom of the cell. Screw grader can classify materials from mill, and then bring the rough grains to the entrance mouth of mill with the help of flights, and discharge the fine ore grins though pipe. The pedestal spiral classifier is made of box iron. The body is made of welding steel plates. The faucet and spindle nose of screw shaft are made of pig iron set which is wear-resisting durable. The take-up sets include two types power-driven and manual operation.

The dpx series single-stage fine crusher is developed based on the single-stage (counter-attack) hammer crusher to crush raw materials for industry such as limestone, gypsum, raw coal and so on and further to simplify the work flow of smashing. The product granularity is small (80% <5mm) in comparison with the ordinary single stage hammer crusher. The equipment investment is lower about 35~50% than that of the same scale traditional process. The charge of long-term movement is lower about 30% than that of the same scale traditional process equipment system. It has widely applied in cement, sand and stone material, electric power professions and so on.

Operation principle:
Large blocks of raw material are fed into the crushing cavity and piled on the middle brackets. The hammer head runs between the gap of middle brackets, continuously striking the large blocks of raw material and making them fall. The falling little blocks are further struck by the hammer running at a high speed. They are then put in order and outputted by the arc-shaped grate shoe.
