Product Overview The L83/AL103 Series is single-line lubrication system, consists of plunger pump, single-line distributor, cycling indicator and monitor, using high-viscosity NLGI-3# grease in alpine and frozen regions. Applications Wind turbine, port machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, hoisting machinery, construction machinery, beverage equipment, etc. Working Principles The LCD monitor controls the plunger pump for periodic running. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for out put grease. After entering the grease tube, the high-pressure grease is supplied to each greasing points successively through the grease distributor . If the machinery equipment being lubricated is equipped with the air source, this ALP83/103 grease pump series can leave out its own air pump and air holder.
Product Overview Suplub-W system is the new intelligent wind turbine centralized lubrication solution that integrates computer, automation, wireless data communication and centralized lubrication technology. It consists of intelligent monitor unit, grease supply unit and waste oil recovery unit. Wireless remote control center can be installed in wind farm headquarters for monitoring the working condition of all lubrication systems. Applications Automatically lubricate the main bearing, yaw bearing, pitch bearing, generator bearing of the wind turbine generator. Working Principles The working process of the Suplub-W lubrication system contains three steps: Step I: When the pause interval ends, the intelligent controller firstly sends start signal, and then the high-pressure lubrication pump starts and the grease is conveyed to the main grease line. When the grease pressure reaches the setting value, the intelligent controller successively opens the points that need grease, and the grease is injected to the points after accurately measuring according to the needs. Step II: After all the points are lubricated, the intelligent controller sends waste grease recovery signal, and the waste grease suction & draining device starts to recover the waste grease. Step III: After the waste grease recovery finishes, the intelligent controller sends stop signal to each actuator, the high-pressure lubrication pump stops and the lubrication system enters the next pause period. Product overview The ar60h single-line parallel centralized lubrication system contains grease pump, single-line distributor and monitoring unit. The system not only improves the grease suction performance of the grease pump and the grease injection performance of the grease distributor, but also solves the grease deterioration problem caused by long-term accumulation on the bottom of the reservior. Applications Commercial vehicle, machine tool, printing machinery, packaging machinery, and agricultural equipment. Working principles The system controls the grease pump for periodic running by the monitor. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. The grease is divided to each greasing points through single line distributor. The system releases pressure when finish one time circle work.

MOBILGEAR 600 XP 220 Gear Oil Mobilgear 600 XP 220 Descriptions MOBILGEAR 600 XP 220 is extra high performance gear oil that has outstanding extreme pressure characteristics and load-carrying properties, intended for use in all types of enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication systems. MOBILGEAR 600 XP 220 is designed to stay ahead of the changing needs of gearbox technology. Gearbox technology design trends are towards smaller units with similar power throughout. This increase in power density places increased demands on gear oils. MOBILGEAR 600 XP 220 is formulated to meet the stress by providing extra protection for gears.
Solest 68 is a formulated ISO VG68 synthetic polyol ester (POE) lubricant designed for commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning compressors with over 25 years service in the field. Designed to maximize lubrication in HFC systems, Solest 68 provides superior bearing protection with greater film strength than standard HFC lubricants. This product provides effective wear protection for steel and aluminium surfaces for increased system life and improved efficiency. Solest lubricants are designed for standard factory fill of air conditioning and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as for OEM retrofitting operations. CPI laboratory studies and OEM compressor bench tests have afforded a product line specifically designed to meet key system needs. Soles lubricants are not hazardous under 29 CFR 1910.1200. They provide improved properties over conventional mineral oils in all aspects, including viscosity index, flash and fire points and pour point. Applications and Compressor Type HFC, HCFC, HFO Refrigeration Reciprocating, Screw, Rotary, Centrifugal, Scroll Compressors Features and Benefits Thermally stable Longer system life Improved oil management Efficiency gains Corrosion protection Enhanced system reliability and reduced down-time Excellent bearing lubrication Longer compressor Life Optimized System performance Reduced operating costs Environmentally friendly Biodegradable Excellent lubricity Increased efficiency, reduced cost of operation Outstanding Miscibility The performance of an HFC system is optimized when the lubricant and refrigerant mix to form a single, clear phase. Miscibility lowers the viscosity of the lubricant carried through the system, so the lubricant can more efficiently return to the compressor. Mineral oils are not miscible with HFCs whereas Solest 68, as a polyol ester has a controlled level of miscibility with HFC gases. Excellent Thermal Stability Sealed tube results (ASHRAE 97) indicate that Solest 68 provides excellent stability in the presence of HFC refrigerants. In addition to outstanding stability, this lubricant shows no adverse effects to metals and other materials of construction.
