Its stainless steel roller is equipped with a flour reservoir, and the dry flour will fall automatically during tabletting to prevent the dough from sticking again. Marjinal Makina dough sheeter The sheeting unit is 1.45 m wide and 3.00 m length. It can produce dough in diffrent thickness with adjustable rollers for all kind of phyllo pastries such as baklava, borek etc . It is movable. It can produce 80-100 kg dough sheets per hour. The machine can work indefinitely with dough and without dough that it will not damage the rollers when it is empty working during the operation. It has external cooling system. There are two starch units in front and behind the machine which can save 70-75% starch. The rollers has self-cleaning system which makes rollers to be clean during operation. Profile and cover parts of our machine are stainless chrome. The machine has digital panel. The MRJ - NORTH dough sheeter has got 2 years warranty for manufacturing defects and 5 years warranty for Rollers, accept user failures.
