Electrogas Verticle Welder

Vertical travel speed: 0 to 250 mm/min

Regulates welding current through the feedback of arc voltage, and it adjusts wire stick out and welding head auto lifting by welding current feedback.
Applicable for í¦bottom to upí¦ constructed storage tanks,  inside/outside welding

 adjustable wind shielding standard frame for tank shell plate 1.4 m to 3.2 m high
Front and back side are forced together after water cooling. Fixed ceramic or water-cool cooper mat is applied at the back side, water-cool copper shoe is applied at the front side.
It use 100% co2 gas shield and flux cored wire or intershield flux cored wire.
Liquid surface of melting pool self-controllable, auto-traveling welding carriage and self-adjustable sitck out.
