Metal bonding elements of isolator is made from forged steel material. Isolator core is made of reinforced fibreglass. It is ECR type and free of boron. Silicone thickness on the isolator core is above 3 mm and silicone thickness on the metal caps is above 5 mm. Manufactured according to IEC 61109 and IEC 62217 standards, ELOPAR-branded composite silicone isolators comply with TEDAÅ?-MYD/2009-055 specifications. All tests for isolators were conducted at EGU-HV Laboratory a.s/Czech Republic, and isolators passed all tests successfully.
