Spiral Vibration Damper
Spiral vibration dampers are motion-control products designed to eliminate wind vibration that can occur across a cable span. Made of weather and corrosion resistant plastic, these dampers have large spiral shaped vibration dampening sections that fit the size of the cable. A smaller clamping section gently grips the conductor. Using the recommended number of spiral dampers minimizes bending strain and protects the cable from long-term fatigue caused by breeze vibration.

Explanatory notes. (1) When the cable diameter is 0.461" and below, a maximum of three SVDs can be installed in one position.(2) On cables larger than 0.461" diameter, only two SVDs need to be combined in order to obtain the best damping performance.
Suitable for mass production is a continuous vibration Finishing machine. Feed products produced from the equipment through the committed and then automatically finishing, polishing, and then the automatic sorting, washing, drying (optional) can finish up with a Cycle.
