Everflon Fluoropolymer PTFE Fine Powder
Everflon® PTFE Fine Powder is soft, white polymers that are produced from PTFE aqueous dispersions.
These fine powders possess the lowest coefficient of friction, the highest heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties, and non-sticking properties of all fluoropolymers. It is uniquely capable of being sheared by lubricated paste extrusion into a coherent fibrous matrix with useful structural integrity.
Ptfe fine powder We have 50ton store to deal with. If any request, pleased to know it. Tell me your application and powder request. Then we will send you price and other terms.
EverflonTM PTFE Fine Powder is a milky white polymer which is separated from a dispersion formed by emulsion polymerization. Having a molecular structure of only carbon and fluorine atoms - (CF2-CF2)n - EverflonTM PTFE Fine Powder possesses the lowest coefficient of friction and the most superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties and non-sticking property of any plastics. EverflonTM PTFE Fine Powder readily absorbs organic solvents, resulting in the formation of a paste, it can be extruded easily. It is widely used for the manufacture of insulated electric wires, spaghetti tubes, thin rods and unsintered tape.
Everflon® PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is available as a white powder, often called fine powder. Everflon® PTFE fine powders are generally converted into usable articles (shapes, wire insulation and tapes, etc) via paste extrusion, followed by post extrusion heating to remove residual hydrocarbon solvents and to increase material density. Products manufactured with genuine Everflon® PTFE fine powder are rated for continuous service temperatures up to 260°C (500°F).

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) granular molding powders are ideal for molding many different products and stock shapes, such as PTFE rods, PTFE tubes, and PTFE sheets. Products fabricated from PTFE stock shapes are unaffected by nearly all chemicals and feature superior electrical properties. These products, some of which are rated for continuous service at 260°C (500°F), also provide exceptional low-temperature toughness, plus unique adhesion and flame resistance.
