Steam passes the though the fin tube, dissipating heat to the insulation box, mixing and heating the fresh or recycle air to setting temperature, fans bring this hot air into drying room or heating room to be used for dehydration, dehumidification or heating.

It is specially designed for supporting downflow drying room/heating rooms. After convert the outside steam heat to heat inside the insulation box through by the fin tube, it�´s mixing with recycle or fresh air, under the action of the fan, it is discharged from the upper outlet into the drying room or heating space. Then cooled air pass through the lower air outlet for secondary heating and continuous circulation. And when the humidity of circulating air reaches the emission standard, the dehumidification fan and fresh air damper will start simultaneously. The exhausted moisture and fresh air implement sufficient heat exchange in the waste heat recovery device, so the moisture is discharged and the fresh air with recovered heat enter the circulation system. BACKGROUND * Two of such actions are providing special alloy studs on inbed coils and applying highly abrasive resistant refractory on the outer bottom loops of inbed Coils which are above the fuel feed nozzles. * GANESHAS has taken number of approaches to identify the key factors affecting erosion rates with an objective to enhance the life of inbed tubes as well as implementing the corrective action to reduce the erosion rates. Phosphate coatings are often used to protect steel parts against rusting and other types of corrosion * Erosion of inbed coils in fluid bed combustor is unavoidable phenomenon however the rate of metal wastage and thus the life of tubes depends on various factors like ash & fuel properties, design of Combustor / feeding system, flue gas velocities operating conditions etc. It has been also observed that maximum erosion prone inbed coils are those which come above fuel feed nozzles and an area of approximately 1 to 1.5 mts around fuel feed systems are badly affected.
