TL-3 model Direct burning furnace with lower Inlet and upper outlet is consists of 8 parts: natural gas burner + inner tank + insulation box + fan + fresh air damper + waste heat recovery device + dehumidification fan + control system. It is specially designed for supporting downflow drying room/heating rooms. After fully combusts the natural gas inside the inner tank, it�´s mixed with recycle or fresh air, under the action of the fan, it is discharged from the upper outlet into the drying room or heating space. Then cooled air pass through the lower air outlet for secondary heating and continuous circulation. And when the humidity of circulating air reaches the emission standard, the dehumidification fan and fresh air damper will start simultaneously. The exhausted moisture and fresh air implement sufficient heat exchange in the waste heat recovery device, so the moisture is discharged and the fresh air with recovered heat enter the circulation system.
