Our beef can be sent in cuts, parts, half or whole beef carcass around the hand weight of 400kg. The primary cattle breeds we work with are Angus, Brangus, Brahman, Charolais, Corrientes, along with cross bread of the same, to mention a few. The cattle origin can/will come from either the United States or Latin America (specifically Mexico, Argentina, Brazil) and/or Australia, Oceania. They are mostly pasture raised.
