Wholesale ADSS Suspension Clamp
An ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) Suspension Clamp is a component used in the installation of ADSS fiber optic cables. ADSS cables are designed to be self-supporting and do not require any metallic elements for support, making them suitable for aerial installations in various environments, including power distribution lines, railways, and more.
The suspension clamp is an essential part of the ADSS cable installation process, as it helps secure the cable to the supporting structures, such as poles or towers. The primary purpose of the ADSS suspension clamp is to maintain the appropriate tension on the cable while preventing excessive bending or stress that could negatively impact the cable's performance and longevity.
ADSS suspension clamps are typically made of materials that are durable and resistant to environmental factors such as UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and moisture. They are designed to hold the ADSS cable securely in place while minimizing stress and strain on the cable itself.
The installation process of ADSS suspension clamps involves attaching them to the support structure and then securing the ADSS cable in the clamp. This process ensures that the cable is held in the correct position and tension, optimizing its signal transmission capabilities and overall reliability.
Features
Durable Construction: ADSS suspension clamps are typically made from materials that are resistant to environmental factors such as UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and moisture. This durability helps ensure the longevity of the clamp in various outdoor conditions.
Corrosion Resistance: The materials used in the construction of ADSS suspension clamps are often chosen for their resistance to corrosion, preventing degradation over time due to exposure to harsh weather conditions.

Prefabricated catenary clamps that function the same as ordinary catenary clamps are designed to suspend conductors or ground wires in a vertical direction. Huaneng prefabricated suspension clamps are suitable for high voltage above 220kv. Unique features of prefabricated suspension clips: Effective protection of conductors Avoiding Electricity Waste Due to Corona easy installation Prefabricated suspension clamps are designed to protect ADSS (All Dielectric Self Supporting) cables from sloshing caused by wind currents. Suspended clamps are widely used in transmission lines, towers or power distribution systems. The distance between the two towers is called the span. For short spans, prefabricated suspension clamps with O-rings are often used. This kind of suspension clamp has the characteristics of lightest weight, convenient installation, and can protect ADSS optical cable more effectively. For mid-span and long-span, there is also a prefabricated suspension clamp that is aluminum-clad. The Armor Clip Suspension connects with U-Clips to hang cables. Aluminum-clad suspension clamps support and protect ADSS fiber optic cables from bending damage. According to the span, the short span adopts single suspension clamp, and the long span adopts double suspension clamp. Composition: inner pre-twisted wire, the outer pre-twisted wire, rubber insert, cast aluminum shells, right-angle shackle, U-type shackle. Purposes: supporting cable, make the ADSS hang on the tower.

OEM ADSS Tension Clamp Pre-twisted tension clamps are also known as pre-twisted dead-end or dead-end cable clamps for communication ADSS fiber, OPGW cable or OPPC. Pre-twisted dead end is a tension clamp that plays an important role in ADSS/OPGW transmission lines. Dead-end fiber optic cable clamps are used to connect ADSS/OPGW/OPPC to overhead towers or poles. The unique design of the pre-fabricated tension clamps not only simplifies installation, but also ensures a secure cable connection. Dead-end cable clamps provide superior performance in protecting ADSS/OPGW/OPPC cables from stress point damage and preventing signal degradation during transmission. Pre-twisted tension clamps and pulling dead-end cable clamps used on conductors and ground wires are similar in appearance, but the specifications, raw materials, and strength requirements of the two types of pulling dead-end cable clamps are quite different. Although there are different design standards in different countries, we can make OEM according to customers' requirements.
Custom ADSS Tension Clamp ADSS Tension Clamps are used to connect ADSS cables to poles/towers. Armored rods provide protection and cushioning for the ADSS cables. The special design of the prefabricated rods ensures that the tension clamps do not overstress the ADSS cables, thus ensuring a normal service life of the cable system. The ADSS tension clamps are made of aluminium-clad or galvanized steel wire. Structure and raw materials Unshackle - hot-dip galvanized steel. The shackle is connected to the reinforcing bar unit. Twisted chain ring - hot dipped galvanized steel. Twisted links are used to connect the shackle to the thimble. Sleeve - hot dip galvanized cast steel. The sleeve is inserted into the unclamp of the tension clamp to provide protection and connection. Armored rod ----- Aluminum clad steel wire. Armored rods increase friction through a layer of granular emery inside the cable. The rods are shop assembled into four subsets to minimize misalignment errors and speed installation. The ends are bent outward to provide strain relief in critical cable departure areas. Prefabricated Dead Ends - Prefabricated dead ends are made from hot-dip galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel wire and are assembled in the shop into a subset with a solid layer of emery to increase the grip of the tensioning clamps while reducing lateral pressure. Direction 1. Used for connecting connecting poles (towers) to terminal poles (towers), tension poles, or poles (towers) with line clamping angles of 25° or more. Special specifications: 1 unit for each terminal pole (tower), 2 units for each tension pole (tower), and 2 units for each connecting pole (tower). You can select the specification model corresponding to the appropriate cable diameter range, maximum allowable tension (MAT) or span length from the data sheet.
ADSS Downlead Clamp DownLead Clamp, also called lead wire pads, are fixed to poles or strain relief towers to guide fiber optic cables up or down through them. According to the application, the lead wire clips include tower lead wire clips, pole lead wire clips, ADSS lead wire clips and OPGW lead wire clips. Downlead Clamp DownLead Clamp, also called lead wire pads, are fixed to poles or strain relief towers to guide fiber optic cables up or down through them. According to the application, the lead wire clips include tower lead wire clips, pole lead wire clips, ADSS lead wire clips and OPGW lead wire clips. The downlead clamp consist of a stainless steel band and a rubber part. The stainless steel band is used to fix the rubber clip on the pole. At the same time, the rubber part fixes the optical fiber. This way, the fiber does not shake and at the same time reduces damage caused by friction. The lead wire clamps for towers have a different structure than the lead wire clamps for poles. The clamps consist of steel brackets, bolts and nuts, and rubber parts. The bolt secures the lead clip to the tower. Compared to other lead clip manufacturers, Huaneng offers the end user a wide range of lead clip design options. huaneng lead clips can be custom manufactured with a wide range of cables, materials and different connection options.
