( Calcium Boron) Cal -B is a liquid foliar fertilizer , quickly absorbed and assimilated by the crop, rich in Calcium with Boron, specially developed as a source of these elements. Boron is critical for fruit set, fruit quality, plant strength and fertility. However, it is easily leached from the root zone and is one of the more common deficiencies seen under irrigation. This formula is recommended as a complementary source of Calcium and Boron for crops that requires large amount of them & used as a post harvest application on fruit, vegetables and vines, where it is important to achieve the best flower quality, fruit set and early fruitlet development the following season. Composition: ca as caO : 15.00% B as B2O3 ; 2.50% Arsenic(As) : < 100 ppm Cadmium as cd : < 25 ppm Lead(Pb) : < 30 ppm Benefits High performance formula with co-formulates, such as wetter, stickers and absorption aids, to control and enhance performance. Provides boron in flowering crops during highest requirement phase as it is involved in the growth of pollen tubes and when fruit are set, due to the high boron content in reproductive organs. Suitable for use throughout the duration of the crop, mainly during seedling stage, vegetative stage, reproductive stage and ripening stage. It avoids BITTER PIT in apple trees, fruit cracking and blossom end rot in horticultural crops. It protects crops from blossom end rot, tip burn, splitting, misshaping of fruits and cracking of fruits/nuts. It is an ideal fit in most regions, but especially in soils with a higher pH or in sandy soils or in high rainfall areas, where boron is in more limited supply.
