The mine sprocket assembly 23Z1702 is the driving part of the coal mine scraper conveyor. It is located at the tail of the 764 scraper, which drives the scraper chain to operate in the central trough of the scraper for conveying coal. Today we will work together with Henan Shuangzhi machinery to understand the mine sprocket assembly 23Z1702.

Mineral sprocket assembly 23Z1702 has high strength, strong wear resistance, can withstand impact load, and has a certain toughness; Mine sprocket assembly 23Z1702 tooth size parameters design accurate, high processing precision, so that can ensure the chain socket and chain mesh well, reduce the chain jump, chain clip phenomenon.

When installing the mineral sprocket assembly 23Z1702, the two bearing pedestals are respectively placed on the left and right side plates of the tailstock, and the sprocket assembly is fixed on the tailstock through the locating pin, which is convenient and fast to install. At the same time of installation, clean the rust-proof layer of the spline at shaft end of the mine sprocket assembly 23Z1702, scrub clean and apply butter.
