Our uv curing resjin is liquid, comprising one-component, ready-to-use casting resins for glass lamination. Our resin is glass-like transmittance, not yellow with age and in excellent safety and security against high impact strength.
As the resin is liquid during the dosing and dispensing stage it perfectly fills the space between the glass sheets, whether these are of an irregular surface (such as tempered, toughened or hardened glass) or whether they are formed or curved glass shapes.
Curing is by uv (ultraviolet) light or strong sun's rays, which just requires about ten minutes in exposing to uv for completion of curing. The material contains no solvents or plasticizers and no water has to be evaporated.

LED head could realize independent control

It could according to the customer's demand to choose the quantity of LED head, could control every LED head, also it could control two or more LED head together, it realize adjustment for shining power, and selected for time range. Compare with the traditional high pressure mercury lamp mode ,it could saving the sources well, keep down the cost of production.


I/O Interface RS-232 Communication port

Pass through the outside programming Device to send the signal, control the shining of LED head, also could pass through foot pedal to realize control the shining of LED head.
