Disk bale plucker is suitable for the plucking of all classes of raw cotton, cotton chemical fiber and middle-long fiber shorter than 76mm. It's the first procedure of the machine and consists of pulley, central axis, expansion tube and ground rail, etc., and this model can be used in double.
For a large number of raw material varieties with great differences, this model helps improve the number of mixed bale and reduces the mixing units & working quality.
Disk plucker is an important machine in blowing-carding line. It is applicable for kinds of raw cotton. Cotton content chemical fiber, middle and long chemical fiber, generally two set of plucker are put into production in parallel. Plucking beater go down interval and rotate with carriage to pluck cotton sequence. Cotton plucked is transported to the next machine via duct.
Disk plucker adopts a saw-toothed beaters ,which are divided into 3 groups,and fixed from inside. From inside to outside according to the tooth setting from thin to thick so as to get fibers minor and uniform,thus itâ??s advantageous to the blending and cleaning of next process.

Product Description Reciprocating bale plucker is one of the first process of Blow room & carding Department. It is suitable for each kind of cotton, chemical & viscose fibre length less than 76mm. The pluck arm, mounted with two beaters, can lift and revolve 180 . The pluck arm is moved to and back to pluck fibre above bale. The fibre plucked are sucked into the front feeder by air current through transport duct for further process.
