High Volume Air Sampler for PM2.5
Global's line of extremely reliable and durable samplers created for capturing particulate matter and gaseous contaminants in ambient air are known as High Volume Air Samplers (HVAS).
The High Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) is a piece of equipment used to sample huge amounts of ambient air in order to filter out the particulate matter it contains. Finely divided solids or liquids that are spread in the air from natural sources, industrial operations, or both are referred to as particulate matter.
To stop collecting of particles larger than a certain size, a Size Selective Inlet (SSI) is used as a pre-filter. Size Selective Inlet (SSI) PM 2.5 only allows particles with an AED 2.5 micron diameter to enter the collection medium; particles larger than 2.5 microns are not allowed.
Features of the physical design:
High Volume Air Samplers, such as the PEV-HVS and PEM- RDS series, PM2.5HVS, are made up of a large blower, a filter to catch suspended particles, and a way to gauge the flow rate. Through the side apertures of the SSI, suspended airborne particles are sampled at sampling rates ranging from 1.1 to 1.6 m3/min and collected on a 203 x 254 mm filter paper.
Important Features:
Electronic Control Module with a Microprocessor; 32-character LCD Module with alphanumeric characters; Electronic Timer Cumulative Totalizer.
Continuous Duty Blowers; Settable Delay & Sampling Time
The exhaust orifice plate meets with USEPA standards.
An optional gaseous sampling attachment for all models.
By replacing the gable roof with SSI, it can be transformed into a PM10 sampler.
Unique Characteristics:
Free flow without resistance at 1.1 to 1.7 Cu m/min flow rate.
Particle Size: Depending on the filter being used, down to 0.3 micron. Filter holder made to fit any standard 8 X 10 (20.3 X 25.4 cm) size filter sheet.
The GF/A filter is advised for general use, and EPM 2000 for specialised research.
Time Totalizer: Record the running time in hours from 0 to 99999.99 hours for sampling time:
Automatic Sampling: A 24 hour programmable timer that automatically turns the device on or off after the preset intervals can be easily set.
220 volts, 5 amps, single phase AC power requirements.
Rotameter flow rate is measured with a plastic body flow metre with a 2% FSD accuracy between 0 and 3 lpm.

We are supplier and exporter of Hematite Powder. Hematite Powder is a mineral, coloured black to steel. It is mined as a main of iron ore and used as a weighting agent in oil drilling. It is the mineral form of iron(III) oxide (Fe2O3). Fluids weighted with API Hematite Powder contain fewer solids by volume than, making higher mud fluids possible. API Grade Hematite Powder is applicable in all types of drilling fluids, including freshwater, seawater and oil-base muds. It is used as a density increasing product, used as a weighting agent and in the paint industry. Hematite is also a harder mineral than Barite so it is more resistant to particle size degradation. High Density Hematite Powder API Grade -SG = 5.19 - 5.47 -Fe2O3 = 96.70% -Fe = 71.82% -SiO2 = 0.89% -Mesh Size (passing at 98%) = 325
Product introduction: Calcium is a silvery white metal that is harder and heavier than lithium, sodium, and potassium; It melts at 815 C. The chemical nature of metallic calcium is very active. In the air, calcium is quickly oxidized and masked with an oxide film. When heated, calcium will burn and emit a beautiful glow of brick red. Calcium and cold water have a slower effect, and intense chemical reactions occur in hot water to release hydrogen (lithium, sodium, and potassium can cause intense chemical reactions even in cold water). Calcium is also easily combined with halogens, sulfur, nitrogen, and the like. 1,product name:calcium metal 2,Shape :powder, lump and granulates 3,CAS:7440-70-2 4,Density:1.54g/cm 5,Melting point:850C 6,Boiling point:1440 C(lit.) 7,Application:Wheel keel Product use: At present, in the steel industry, the main use of metal calcium is to process into metal calcium particles, and then to make calcium iron wire or pure calcium wire, and finally used for steel refining outside the furnace, its role is to desulfurization, deoxidation, increase the fluidity of molten steel. Promote the rapid rise of inclusions in molten steel, generally used in the production of high-quality steel; as a dehydrating agent to produce anhydrous alcohol; in the petroleum industry, as a desulfurizing agent, in the metallurgical industry, it is used to deoxidize or desulfurize . However, calcium compounds have a very wide range of uses, especially in the construction industry.

We supply Bismuth is a white, crystalline, brittle metal with a pinkish tinge. Bismuth is the most diamagnetic of all metals, and the thermal conductivity is lower than any metal except mercury. It has a high electrical resistance, and has the highest Hall effect of any metal (that is, the greatest increase in electrical resistance when placed in a magnetic field). Bismuth is stable to oxygen and water but dissolves in concentrated nitric air. All bismuth salts form insoluble compounds when put into water. Applications Bismuth metal is used in the manufacture of low melting solders and fusible alloys as well as low toxicity bird shot and fishing sinkers. Certain bismuth compounds are also manufactured and used as pharmaceuticals. Industry makes use of bismuth compounds as catalysts in manifacturing acrylonitrile, the starting material for synthetic fibers and rubbers. Bismuth is sometimes used in the production of shot and shotguns. Bismuth in the environment The most important ores of bismuth are bismuthimite and bismite. Bismuth occurs naturally as the metal itself and is found as crystals in the sulphides ores of nickel, cobalt, silver and tin. Bismuth is mainly produced as a by-product from lead and copper smelting, especially in USA. The chief areas where it is mined are Bolivia, Peru', Japan, Mexico and Canada, but only to the extent of 3.000 tonnes per year. There is no reliable estimate of how much bismuth is available to be mined, but it seems unlikely than there will ever be a shortage of this metal.
