Product introduction:
The rotary screening machine is a new type of self-cleaning screen special equipment after the electric vibrating screener and the ordinary network type roller screen produced by the domestic companies.It is widely applicable to sieving of various solid materials with particle size less than 300mm.It has many characteristics such as high screening efficiency,low noise,small amount of dust,long service life,less maintenance,and its screening capacity is 1t/h-20t/h.

Performance characteristics:
1.High screening efficiency.Because the equipment has a plate cleaning mechanism, it can never block the screen, thus improving the screening efficiency of the equipment.

Working principle:
The self-clearing cage drum screening machine performs reasonable rotation of the equipment center separation cylinder through the gearbox type deceleration system. The center separation cylinder is a screen composed of several annular flat steel rings. The center separation cylinder is installed with the ground plane. In the inclined state, the material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the central separation cylinder during the working process. During the rotation of the separation cylinder, the fine material is separated from the top to the bottom through the screen interval composed of the annular flat steel, and the coarse material is separated from the lower end of the separation cylinder. Drain into the pulverizer. The device is provided with a plate type automatic cleaning mechanism. Hose Suction System ;
By connecting to the reservoir and to the tank drains with clamps, RYD-S can also perform suction from sources such as bins, buckets or jugs using the immersion method. Internal Conditioner and Slide Valve;
Thanks to the internal conditioner featured on RDY-S, the machine is protected against water and corrosion damages which may occur in the ventilation installation and which can harm the pneumatic system of the machine. RYD- S2 Double Nozzle Filling Machine

RYD - S2, in addition to all features on RYD - S series, enables you to perform fillings for two products at the same time. If you want, you may produce two different products in two different basis weights with a single machine. Despite having the features of two machines, it is cheaper compared to two separate machines.
