Masonry Cement for wall , bricks and much easier to wall pastry
Masonry cement 22.5x is a cement used for domestic building purposes, such as construction of single storey houses, brick work, foul runs, 50 kgs bags made from plastic polywoven bags
Microsilica (silica fume) is a by-product from silicon metal or ferrosilicon industries, is an amorphous silicon dioxide SiO2. This product reacts chemically with the calcium hydroxide in the cement paste which yields a calcium silicate hydrate gel that significantly enhances strength and durability. The super fine microsilica fills the voids between cement particles creating a very dense, less permeable concrete. White Cement advantages: Sustainability: Solar Reflectance Index (SRI): Floors finished with white or pastel color concrete will have a much higher SRI than floors with gray concrete, therefore they will reflect light better, and generate energy savings for the lifetime of the floors. Reduction of Heat Island effect: By constructing buildings with white concrete roofs or light-colored roof tiles, the Heat Island Effect is reduced from surfaces generating less heat and improved reflectivity. Architectural Concrete: White Portland Cement is ideal for decorative concrete and Architectural Concrete applications, Masonry and Cementitious Building Products. A key advantage of using white cement for these applications is that it provides a base color that can be tinted to custom colors to meet any color spectrum demand.
Blended hydraulic cements are produced by intergrinding or blending Portland cement and supplementary cementitious materials or SCM such as ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, silica fume, calcined clay, hydrated lime, and other pozzolans. The use of blended cements in ready-mix concrete reduces mixing water and bleeding, improves workability and finishing, inhibits sulfate attack and the alkali-aggregate reaction, and reduces the heat of hydration.
Grade 42.5 standard R or N, BS 12/1996 or ASTM C-150
We manufacture this type of cement with limestone, low iron content kaolin clay, and gypsum. Customers use our White Portland Cement in architectural works requiring great brightness and artistic finishes, to create mosaics and artificial granite, and for sculptural casts and other applications where white prevails.
Our Cement is a fine powder, obtained from the calcination at 1,450 C of a mix of limestone, clay, and iron ore. The product of the calcination process is clinker the main ingredient of cement that is finely ground with gypsum and other chemical additives to produce cement. We offers an array of blended cements which have a lower CO2 footprint resulting from their lower clinker content due to the addition of supplementary cementitious materials. The use of blended cements reinforces our strong dedication to sustainable practices and furthers our objective of offering an increasing range of more sustainable products.
Supplier: Gray ordinary portland cement, white portland cement, masonry, blended cement, oil well cement, cement 42.5 n/r, cement 32.5n/r, cement 52,5n/r
Cement mortar is basically a mixture of cement, sand & water. It is used in various aspects of civil engineering works such as masonry, brickwork, plastering, flooring etc. There are two types, dry mortar and wet mortar. Dry Mortar primarily constitutes of only sand and cement. For price, specifications and other details please contact us.
