1.Product Introduce
The Fuji FCX -AIII differential pressure (flow) transmitter accurately measures differential pressure and converts it into an output signal of 4~20mA DC.
Fuji transmitter utilizes a unique micromachined capacitance silicon sensor with advanced floating capsule structure and newer micro-processing technology, the transmitter has high accuracy, good stability, safety and reliability, and easy to use.
It's small volume, light weight, good environment adaptability, and applicable to all fields.
If using the hand held communicator(sold separately), it can be set and display via remote operation, without affecting the DC 4~20mA output signal of transmitter.
Fuji FCX-AIII series transmitters with safety funtion have obtained the certificate of SIL certification by TÃ??V.

HR3051-LT Differential Pressure Level Transmitter overview The diaphragm of the differential pressure level transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the pressure sensor component of the differential pressure transmitter. It uses a filling fluid such as silicone oil to transmit pressure between the transmitters. The HR3051-LT differential pressure level transmitter be used for measuring the level, density, pressure, and flow of a liquid, gas, or vapor and converts it into a 4-20 ma DC HART current signal output. The RP2001 can also communicate with the RST375 handheld te rminal or the RSM100 Modem for parameter setting, process monitoring, and more. The measuring range of the HR3051-LT differential pressure level transmitter (when not moved) is 0-1kPa~2MPa, and the rated pressure of the liquid level flange is: 1.6/4MPa, 6.4MPa, 10MPa, 150psi, 300psi or 600psi. Working principle and structure The HR3051-LT differential pressure level transmitter consists of a HR3051-DP differential pressure transmitter and a soldered liquid level flange. Its working principle is the same as HR3051-DP type differential pressure transmitter (see HR3051-DP type differential pressure transmitter technical specification), except that the pressure transmission path on the positive pressure side is slightly different: the pressure acting on the high pressure side is firstly The diaphragm and filling liquid on the liquid level flange pass through the transmitter body and finally reach the high voltage side of the measuring sensor. The wiring should be strictly in accordance with the instructions of our company. 4.This product is a precise instrument. It is forbidden to disassemble, colide,fall,throw hard or punch the drainage hole with a sharp instrument. 5. The transmitter can work by electricity, but the preheating output is stable for 30 seconds. 6. If any abnormality is found in use, the power supply should be turned off, the use should be stopped, the inspection should be carried out, or contact our technical department direct. 7.When transporting and storing, the original packaging should be restored and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. 8.The quality assurance period is 12 months. Intelligent Operation Method 1. LCD shows the output percentage or process pressure. Press the S key to select the display percentage or pressure.Press Z key to select pressure unit KPa or Mpa when displaying pressure. 2. Press S+Z key for 8 seconds, then release it at the same time, press Z key to set the zero value; Press the S key set the range. note: this function can only be triggered once an operation. 3. Adjustments to zeros or ranges may cause changes in the displayed options, i.e.The percentage being displayed becomes pressure or KPa becomes Mpa, etc. All these changes are shown only in the display, and have no effect on the internal parameters of the transmitter, pressure detection and current output. After adjusting the zero point and range, the S and Z keys can be used to select the desired percentage or pressure. 4. Zero-setting in field pressure-free state: 30 seconds after pressing S+Z key, the display shows zero time at the same time release the two keys, that is, zero. Simulated operation method 1.Zero-setting in pressure-free condition: The potentiometer with the word "zero" on the circuit board is adjusted to zero when it is displayed on the spot.(Note: Clockwise increase, counterclockwise decrease) 2.The potentiometer marked "range" on the circuit board can not be adjusted without standard pressure, so as to avoid the disorder of measurement range.
