Product Introduction:
Rectifier transformer is for power transformer with rectifier device. Its role is to provide AC power for the rectifier. Then the rectifier will change AC power to DC power supply. Itâ??s mainly used in the metallurgy, chemical industry and some other industry. Itâ??s low-loss, low-noise, shock resistant, and short-circuit resistant. Rectifier transformer also has the advantages of strong ability of over-load, compact structure, small size, reliability of power supply.

Stable electrical performance: combing the load feature and the status of fluctuation of electric grid and voltage, atmospheric over-voltage, according to the rectifier transformer load conditions, determine a reasonable and reliable insulation level and insulation model, to ensure the reliable and stable electric performance of the product. High degree of dynamic stability: the winding has a high mechanical strength , with a strong ability of anti contingencies, to meet the bad environment of load. During the process of design and manufacture, it eliminates the dynamic unstable source caused by magnetic leakage or non-normal transportation. The product has high dynamic stability. The resistance is 30% higher than the power transformer with same capacity.
Good thermal stability: advanced product design. The heating part and temperature rise of the hottest dot are strictly controlled, with sufficient temperature margin. If necessary, additional axial oil duct can be added in the coil. Cooling way can be chosen according the load loss value of the coil, then to allocate the oil flow reasonably to reach the best cooling effect. Main temperature rising index is at least 5C lower than national standard. Copper wire is used as coil and down-lead, selecting low current density.
High ability of overload: the product comes with strong capacity of over-load and over-voltage. It can be operated safely in long-term under the condition of rated load. It can be operated safely in long-term under the condition of 100% full load ( environment temperature 40C);the terminal on the transformer connected with the motor can bear 1.5 times the rated current, which is 5S. Load character is fully considered during the product design and manufacturing. Temperature rising, insulation properties and choice if attachment are considered to meet the overload requirements.
Superior performance index: no-load current design. Manufacturing capacity is lower than that of normal transformers with same capacity that regulated by national standards.

Simplified structure, elegant appearance. The oil tank adopts the technology of anti-leakage to avoid the leakage, eliminating the fuel tank leakage.

Rectifier transformers are widely used in electrolytic electrochemistry, transmission, traction, electrostatic precipitators, DC transmission and other systems which need direct current power supply. Our rectifier transformer absorbed the excellent experiences of same industry at home and abroad. Raw materials such as high magnetic silicon steel sheet and high quality oxygen free copper wire are used. Rectifier transformer is a transformer which used as the source of rectifier equipment. And primacy side of rectifier transformer connected with AC power is called line side, and secondary side connected with rectifier is called valve side.

Using procedural design, insulation breakdown mechanism, the electric field numerical analysis and insulation technology, the impact of characteristics and anti-sudden short-circuit strength of winding, the loss of eddy current filed calculation are analyzed and calculated. Features about rectifier transformer:
1.The rectifier transformer load is non-linear impedance, and valve side windings of rectifier transformer would get the currents which contain fundamental and other high-order harmonic superposition. And line side also gets corresponding non-sinusoidal currents connected by rectifier circuit coupling method.
2.According to different requirements of various customers, the valve side of rectifier transformer has a variety of special coupling method, such as: dual-back-star with inter phase reactor, three-phase bridge, star-delta parallel, six-phase bridge by inter phase reactor.
3.To improve power factor and reduce the line side harmonic currents of high-power rectifier equipments, rectifier transformer is needed to use star-delta winding phase displacement, phase-shift windings by phase displacement, autotransformer phase displacement, to improve the number of pulse of rectifier equipment.
4.According to the user¡¡¥s process requirements, the rectifier transformer line side voltage is required (such as 220kV) straight down to a very low valve side voltage (such as 1kV). The valve side voltage of rectifier transformer is required within a wide range of on-load tap from 5% - 105%. Auto voltage regulator and main theme of unity, string variable voltage regulator and other ways are used in rectifier transformer to achieve the purposes of a wide range voltage.
5.Self-saturable reactor can be used to change over and stabilize voltage in order to smooth rectify voltage. And some use silicon control to regulate voltage.
6.Valve side current of high-power rectifier equipment is very large, reaching 100kA and even greater. To improve power factor and avoid partial overheating and uneven distribution of current rectification components, it¡¡¥s required the technology of reverse-phase parallel.
7.With the wide application of AC frequency control technology, newly developed three-crack drive rectifier transformer came into being. And the lower voltage valve side of this transformer cracked into three independent branches, which can be made to supply for three different load power, which achieve ¡¡ã multi functional ¡¡À effect, reducing loss and saving area.
8.In order to reduce the large current in the fuel tank and other structures caused by loss, the rectifier transformer used magnetic shielding technology and so on.
