Working Principle :
Driven by the diesel engine, the rotor rotates at a high speed and there are series of beaters on the rotor. When the raw material get into the working area of beaters, it will be continuously impacted by the rotating hammers. The impacted particle meeting the required size will be discharged from the outlet, and the big size material is brought back to the crushing area for re-crushing until reaching the required size.

Supporting the tooth movement is an eccentric shaft. This axis runs through the fuselage frame. Eccentric movement is usually arisen by fixed at both ends of the flywheel axis. Working principle
The main structure of the Jaw crusher are composed of stander, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw plate, wrist plate ,adjustable gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw plate. The wrist plate also has the effect of guarding.

This Jaw crusher�¢??s crushing style is the type of driving extrusion. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the moveable jaw move through the eccentric shaft. When movable jaw is rising ,the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw become bigger to drive the movable plate to be close to the movable plate. At the same time the material is squeezed and rubbed, rolled to achieve multiple crushing; When movable jaw is descending, the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw becomes smaller. Now the crushed material is discharged from the crushing cavity, with the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushing and discharging the material periodically to realize batch production.

When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate is under the action of the pull rod and spring. After leaving the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are unloaded freely through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging to achieve mass production.

Jaw crusher working principle
This jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
