Gypsum Foaming Agent
Gypsum is fast in solidification. When mix with water, it produces massive calcium ions
and sulfate ions and negatively affect foaming agent stability. Gypsum foaming agent is the
answer to this problem.

Natural Gypsum: Gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) is a naturally occurring mineral mined from deposits formed by ancient sea beds as a raw material, white when pure, but commonly grey, yellow, red or brown, owing to impurities. The anhydrous form (CaSO4), anhydrite, is common. We are enlisted amongst the topmost INatural Gypsum Importers and Exporters from India. Applications: Gypsum has many industrial applications in its raw or Calcined forms, especially in the building and construction industries. Uses of Raw Gypsum are principally as: - a retarder for Portland cement - a fertilizer or soil conditioner - mineral filler - oxidizing agent in glass manufacture or other industrial applications. Most gypsum is calcined and used in the manufacturing of plaster products. Wallboard and plaster requires gypsum contents greater than 85%, although producers prefer a minimum of 94–95% along with whiteness in color. The major consumers of the Gypsum at present are Cement Industry. By weight about 4% to 6% Gypsum in crushed condition is utilized in Portland Cement Manufacture after mixing with cement/clinker. Gypsum acts as a retarder and controls the setting time of cement. Imported Gypsum from Iran: Natural Gypsum is one of the most superior qualities and consistent material available for Import and Export. Natural Gypsum has adequate whiteness, high purity as well as it is low in cost which makes it absolutely feasible for white cements as well as Plaster Of Paris manufacturing and for the Cement Industry all together. One more important quality that distinguishes Natural Gypsum from others is its hardness which is less as compared to other sources and allows different industries to easily grind the same for processing into final product which in turn results in to reduced power consumption for manufacturing industries.

Talc (Soap Stone) is the softest mineral known and formed by thermal metamorphism of siliceous dolomite rocks. It is having sheet structure of magnesium sandwiched between two layers of silica and the smooth water repellent surface of each particle slide against one another, resulting in soapy feel and exhibiting pearly luster. In Rajasthan state of India Talc is available in the region of Udaipur, Bhilwara, Jaipur and Dosa ranging color from white through various shades of Grey to green, red to brown, cream to yellow of impure specimens, translucent to opaque in appearance. At PEEKAY MINERALS, manual sorting is carried out to get ore of the desired quality as per the customers need. Gypsum lump is an inorganic mineral known as CaCO2 and CoSo4.2H2o. This is the fifth non-metallic element in the earth s crust. It is found in many items we use every day, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is also used to make drywall, create molds for dinnerware and dental impressions, and to build roads and highway. The usage of raw gypsum lump is for increasing setting time in producing cement and to reduce the salinity of the soil in agricultural lands. The properties of this product are so well known that by improving the soil, it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural products. In addition to building materials and cement raw materials, gypsum can also be used to many other fields such as making sulfuric acid, rubber, plastics industry, fertilizer, pesticide, paint, textile industry, foodstuff, medicine, daily chemical products, arts and crafts and culture and education. Gypsum can be also be used as a food additive to enhance the texture of ingredients in processed foods. Gypsum is the common name for the mineral calcium sulfate. Gypsum bonds easily with water and is usually found in its natural state as hydrated calcium sulfate. Gypsum is an ore that found in layers of limestone. Pure white rock gypsum is also known as alabaster and has been used to make carved statues and sculptures. Nearly all modern homes and buildings use gypsum in the form of wall board, also known as gypsum board, drywall or sheet rock. In the food industry, gypsum may be used as drying agent, color enhancer, stabilizer and thickener. Pure crystalline gypsum that used in food industries pharmacy and agriculture. This type of gypsum is layered, which is obtained by the adhesion of thin sheets of calcium hydrosulfate, or in the form of silk, which is the product of the adhesion of crystalline fibers of calcium hydrosulfate.
Synthetic Gypsum powder Synthetic gypsum is produced as a result of the desulfurization of industrial exhaust gases. The installations used during this process allow for the binding of large amounts of sulfur dioxide with full use of the sorption agent. The gypsum obtained in this method is a good substitute for natural gypsum, most of the substance's components (99%) are compounds identical to mineral substances of natural origin. It is a material that can be used for the plaster building materials industry, for the cement industry as a cement setting time regulator and for the aerated concrete industry - to activate the hardening process. The high content of CaS04 2H20 makes the material suitable for use where plaster construction products, plaster plasters for manual and machine application, as well as putties and plaster glue are produced. A wide range of this type of products is very popular on the building materials market. Talc is a hydrous Magnesium Silicate and its chemical composition would correspond to 63.5% Silica (Si02), 31.7% Magnesia (MgO) and 4.8% water (H20). Talc is a versatile mineral, widely used in various industrial applications. The nature of deposit, formation of talc is the index of its chemical purity, particle shape and other physical features. Talc possesses some unique and unusual properties, which makes it ideal for its multiple uses. Due to its natural quality of being inert and harmless to skin. No other mineral other than talc possesses such combination of intrinsic properties. The natural qualities of talc give cosmetics stability, texture, skin adhesion, slip and water resistance. Talc is pure, odorless, and free from impurities. Talc is a cost-effective filler in soaps and detergents to provide creamier lather, improve foaming, and impart a soft and silky skin feel. Talc is an alternative for expensive base oils. Talc is mostly added to body soaps for imparting whiteness and helps in cleansing away dirt and grime from skin surface. As a powder, it absorbs moisture well and helps cut down on friction, making it useful for keeping skin dry and helping to prevent rashes. It is widely used in cosmetic products such as baby powder and adult body and facial powders, as well as in several other consumer products. Talc is not only used in Body Talc (Talcum Powder) and Toilet Soaps, but also in Detergents and Washing Powder. In body talc, it acts as a perfume carrier due to its chemical inertness and lamellar structure. In soaps, talc is mainly used as a filler. The consumption of talc in Soap, varies between 10 to 50% depending on the quality and type of soap. It also acts as a binding agent and gives hardness to the cake. In detergent powder also, Talc acts as a carrier of detergents and also reduces the cost. Due to its natural quality of being inert and harmless to skin, it is the most popular filler. Talc Powder for Detergent/Soap Industries acts as a carrier of detergents and also reduces the cost. Due to the natural quality of being inert and harmless to skin, Talc Powder for Detergent Industries is the most popular filler. We offer the Talc Powder for Detergent Industry at the market leading price to the customers.
