Made in Rhode Island from Loligo Squid
'Squid Juice' uses a low heat hydrolysate process to create an all-natural high nutrient lawn and garden supplement. This process allows us to make a superior natural plant food without any dangerous or damaging additives.
We use the fresh by-product (waste) from Loligo Squid which are caught in Rhode Island, after they have been processed for human consumption. This means we use all of the squid. Instead of sending the waste to landfills we recycle it in a beneficial way.
During the process we use *OMRI approved potash for potassium. We use the natural enzymes of the squid to break down the proteins into a liquid form. To balance the pH levels we use food grade phosphoric acid. Phosphorus is a key nutrient that all plants need to thrive.
Once our product has finished going through the entire production process we screen it through a 140 micron screen. Ensuring you a high quality supplement that is easy to apply while making your plants bountiful and healthy.

After a decade long scientific study, investigation and research undertaken on various substitutes, a suitable alternative to peat for the formulation of substrates or part thereof for production of plant application was derived and we named it BASALGROW. The plant nutrient status in Basalgrow remains uniform when compared to cowdung manure and ordinary composts. Basalgrow remains wed and pathogen free hen compared to Cowdung manure and Town compost which carry weed seeds to farm lands. Except Basalgrow,No other organic manures, provide stable plant nutrient source of natural origin. Almost all of the processed manure named and sold as organic manures in the market are mixture of many of the traditional organic manures fortified with synthetic fertilizers.

They are usually represented on the package as a percentage of their weight i.e. 10-8-6 meaning 10% of N, 8% of P and 6% of K. Formulation percentages vary depending on intended use and desired effects.

Organic Fertilizer (Horn Meal) - Horn meal is an organic fertilizer made from cattle horn and hooves. We clarify when and how you can use horn meal to do something good for your plants. Nitrogen-rich horn meal can be made from cattle horn and hooves. How do you use horn meal correctly? Horn meal is an organic nitrogen fertilizer with a long-term effect that is suitable for fertilizing plants. Since the release of nitrogen from horn meal only begins after a few weeks and ends after eight weeks, it is necessary to fertilize and re-fertilize with foresight. The sole fertilization of horn meal only makes sense if the treated soil is adequately supplied with all other nutrients Hoof and horn meal is an organic fertilizer with the highest nitrogen on our list, at around 12-14%. Hoofs and horns taken from slaughterhouses are dried at high temperatures, and then ground into a fine meal. It's sustainable too, as it reuses waste that would otherwise go to landfill.
