Naphthalene Sulfonate (FDN) concrete admixture is made of naphthalene, sulfonic acid, formalin and alkali through sulphuration, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction. Naphthalene Sulfonate (FDN) concrete admixture contains no chloride. It conforms to the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017. Application 1.Naphthalene Sulfonate (FDN) concrete admixture is suitable to make autotrophic concrete, steam curing concrete, steel concrete and prestress concrete, all of which are made mainly of portland cement. When concrete added this superplasticizer needs to be steam cured, it requires considerable structural strength.
