The high reactive hydroxyl radicals (-OH) initiates redox processes leading to the degradation/mineralization of adsorbed organic and inorganic compounds. Meanwhile, the reactive species will cause deleterious alterations in cellular structure, microbial inactivation and possible destruction. Polluted air(mixed with bacteria& odors)/Formation of -OH/ React with the cell wall/ Destroy the cell wall and form harmless water. 3.The functions of the high reactive hydroxyl radicals (-OH): Sterilization& Deodorization Fitted with four sterilization modules, the air flow will be sterilized and deodorized for as many as six times. LIVA air sterilizer & deodorizer uses photocatalyst(Tio2) and UV-A irradiation to sterilize the pathogenic microorganisms, harmful chemical gases and dust(pm2.5). With the irradiation of UV-A, Tio2 will form hydroxyl radical which is highly reactive and will degrade the pollutants & microorganisms into Co2 and H2o.There are 4 sets of sterilization module in each machine, and� the route of module is ingeniously designed enabling the pollutants & microorganisms to be sterilized for 6 times. That is why LIVA air sterilizer can achieve more than 98% sterilization rate, which is much higher than other companies' products.

By independent research, the lifespan of the UV-C lamp has been extended to at least 15,000 times on/off. The authoritative agency testified that it can reach 30,000 times on/off, which is 3-6 times that of the other products in the same industry. 6. The fan installed in the machine room gently blows the bottom of the books and the pages can be blown open to be sterilized by the UV-C light. Thus, the inner parts of the books can also be entirely disinfected. Accordingly, the dust and foreign substances clinging to the books can be shaken off.
