We all know that rusting is a severe problem all over the world. The global cost of corrosion is estimated to be 3 to 4% of the global GDP. It is a huge global loss and still unnoticeable. Almost all the present technologies to stop corrosion are not able to deliver fool proof results & fail to stop rusting process especially fill form corrosion permanently.Hence everybody is fed up & looking for a one time and lifetime kind of solution. In this regard we have invented & introduced Steel Guard Nano Coat or 'SGNC' as a best Rust preventive and surface protection compound.It is a water based nano technological formulation made out of precious metals in nano form. And It is an absolutely GREEN product. It is to be applied on a cleaned and degreased iron surface before paints with suitable method. After application,It penetrates inside the surface and forms metallurgical monolithic bonds with iron molecules and creates an armor around it.During this process nobility of the surface is increased from ferrous to non ferrous and SGNC with concrete or sealer paint system on top of it stops water,oxygen and chloride ingress in the iron surface and stops corrosion process in it completely.

It can be applied on HR black, HR pickled, CR, MS casting or Machined iron surface after degreasing. It can be applied on TMT rebars in the construction process which increases the bond strength by two times.
