Fly ash is a by-product produced while burning finely ground coal in a boiler to produce electricity. It is removed from the plant exhaust gases primarily by electrostatic precipitators or baghouses and secondarily by scrubber systems. Physically, fly ash is a very fine, powdery material, composed mostly of silica. Nearly all particles are spherical in shape. Fly ash is a pozzolan, a siliceous material which in the presence of water will react with calcium hydroxide at ordinary temperatures to produce cementitious compounds. SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and occasionally CaO are the main chemical components present in fly ashes. Fly ash significantly improves concrete performance in different ways and also provides many benefits in cement and non-cement applications. Fly Ash colour can vary from grey and dark grey, yellowish tan and light to brownish. ADVANTAGES OF FLY ASH IN CONCRETE Fly Ash is a Pozzolan Improves concrete workability and lowers water demand Sulfate and Alkali Aggregate Resistancet Rise in compressive strength over time Environment friendly CEMENTATION Fly Ash is optimized for its fineness while reducing the water demand and improving the chemical compositions to maximise its benefits when used in concrete. Fly-ash can also be used as an add-on to concrete mixture with pozzolanic and/or latent hydraulic properties. We at CEMENTATION selectively collect fly ash and subject to rigorous testing, further refines these collected materials to produce quality fly ash products meeting the needs of our customers.
Felsite is an igneous rock consisting of feldspar and quartz Colour is generally white through light grey or red to tan and may include any colour except dark grey green or black A very finegrained volcanic rock composed of feldspar amp quartz Applications Electric insulators Ceramic and acidresistant tiles
Zinc ore occurs in two types of deposit: as primary zinc ore in thin veins known as rakes, or a secondary deposit formed by weathering of the primary mineral veins. Zinc ore is most commonly found as zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), known as calamine or smithsonite. It generally occurs as rounded, crystalline crusts or granular, honeycombed masses that have a vitreous or pearly luster and are typically dirty brown or grey in colour. Locally it was known as â??dry boneâ?? ore, having a cellular to spongy appearance reminiscent of dry bone. Calamine is actually a secondary mineral, found principally in the oxidized zone of the zinc-bearing ore deposits. It is derived from the alteration of the primary zinc sulphide (ZnS) mineral sphalerite. This is generally a dark grey or black, highly lustrous mineral, but can vary in appearance. Both occur on Mendip. Its chief use was to make brass by mixing with copper.
Buy Clay from Expert Suppliers * Shree Trading and Services are the Eminent Clay Suppliers with experience in procuring the best quality Clays, which has a unique combination of materials to shape and mold in different ways. * With our enormous industry research-based experience, technicalities, and specifications, we have become experts in selecting the most suitable form of Clays that has a wide range of uses that meets the customer's priorities and projects. * Depending upon the soil contents, Clays are available in a comprehensive range of colors from white to dull grey or brown to deep orange-red. There are several varieties of clays but are similar due to plasticity when it contains moist contents, strong and hard if it is dried to high temperature. * The Two different types of clay that Shree Trading & Services offers based on the properties required for various applications are: Ball Clay Kaolin Clay Ball Clay * Ball clays are kaolinite rich secondary clay which is available in dark brown to black color due to relatively high organic impurity content. * It is a high plastic clay and contains more fine particles. It is also known as PLASTIC CLAY. Ball clays are characterized by higher plasticity, dry shrinkage and dry strength as compared to China clays. Main features include high plasticity due to fine particles which give high green strength for handling the product at the green stage. Requires much more deflocculant to get required fluidity compared to china clay because of fine particles and organic impurities. High Green MOR compared to china clay due to more fine particles. Fired shrinkage is comparatively more due to high loss on ignition and particle size distribution Applications Since Clay has the feature of the permanent physical and chemical phenomenon, and it is widely used in various industries to manufacture numerous products. Clay is also a key ingredient material for building techniques, which is utilized for construction purposes. Some of the known uses of Clay includes: Used as a raw material in sanitary ware production. Ceramic building material Used as a Raw material in Refractory Production Pottery making (both utilitarian and decorative) Technical Specifications Name Description Product Name Clay Type Ball Clay , Kaolin Clay Material Clay Balls /Lumps / Powdered Clay Application Ceramics, Sanitary Ware, White Wash, Porcelain, Cosmetics, papermaking, toothpaste, Insulators. Color White & Light Cream Packaging Type as per customer requirement.

Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The ores are usually rich in iron oxides and vary in colour from dark grey, bright yellow, or deep purple to rusty red. The iron itself is usually found in the form of magnetite, hematite, goethite, limonite or siderite. The primary use of iron ore is in the production of iron. Most of the iron produced is then used to make steel. Steel is used to make automobiles, locomotives, ships, beams used in buildings, furniture, paper clips, tools, reinforcing rods for concrete, bicycles, and thousands of other items.
Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The ores are usually rich in iron oxides and vary in color from dark grey, bright yellow, deep purple, to rusty red. The iron itself is usually found in the form of magnetite (Fe3O4), hematite (Fe2O3), goethite (FeO(OH)), limonite (FeO(OH).n(H2O)) or siderite (FeCO3). Hematite is also known as "natural ore". The name refers to the early years of mining, when certain hematite ores contained 66% iron and could be fed directly into iron making blast
