CLASSICAL TECHNOLOGY We make caviar from wild producers of the Caspian beluga, Russian sturgeon and starlet using classical technology. It defines the true classical taste of black caviar admired by gourmets for hundreds of years worldwide. � ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN PRODUCT We feed our fish only with natural forage which fish eats in a natural habitat. Our sturgeon herd is contained in the cages placed in running water that is the natural habitat for the species. And the water where the fish is contained as well as the quality of food always affect the fish taste and, especially, the taste of the caviar. � HIGH-QUALITY GUARANTEE All our production is carefully inspected and produced under sanitary control.
