NEOFLON PFA AP-Series
NEOFLON PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinylether. It is a perfluoro polymer consisting of only carbon atoms and fluorine atoms without any hydrogen atom.
It has the same excellent performance as PTFE in a wide range from extremely low to high temperatures. In addition, it has excellent transparency, mechanical strength at high temperature. It can be molded in the same molding method as general thermoplastic resins.

NEOFLON PFA AP-210 is excellent in melt flowability and is suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding. Introduction - AP-210 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether. - Good melt flowability while maintaining excellent properties of PTFE. It can be melt-molded as a thermoplastic resin by injection molding and extrusion molding. - Excellent chemical resistance which is not affected by most of the chemicals. - Excellent heat resistance. Continuous use temperature is 260 â??. - It retains flexibility without losing toughness under the environment from cryogenic to high temperature. - Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent in a wide range of temperature and frequency. - It shows high electrical resistance and dielectric strength. - Nonflammable like POLYFLON PTFE and NEOFLON FEP. - Excellent weather resistance. No properties change even when exposed outside for a long time. - Non-stickiness. It shows excellent releasability and water repellency / oil repellency.
NEOFLON ETFE is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene, and has the lowest specific gravity among all fluoropolymers. It has superior characteristics in melt processability and mechanical properties compared with PTFE and FEP, and has good electrical and chemical properties. It is suitable for applications requiring its mechanical toughness, chemical resistance, heat resistance and electrical properties.
NEOFLON ETFE EP-506 is a resin for extrusion of thin coatingsof small wire sizessuch as aerospace wire, automotive wire, appliance wire, thin film and tubing, etc.. Itmay be used for injection molding of thin wall parts. Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is a kind of chemical substance. ETFE is the strongest and toughest fluoroplastic. It not only maintains the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE, but also greatly improves the radiation resistance and mechanical properties. The tensile strength can reach 50MPa, which is nearly twice that of polytetrafluoroethylene.
NEOFLON FEP NP-Series NEOFLON FEP is melt processable perfluoro co-polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. FEP has excellent electrical properties like PTFE because FEP consists of only fluorine atoms and carbon atoms. The chemical resistance capability and mechanical characteristics are the same as ones of PFA, however the heat resistance is lower than PFA.
