Compared with conventional casting magnesium alloys, our semi-continuous casting magnesium alloys are finer in the organization, more uniform on the ingredients, and more compact inside. They have higher strength and elongation, and are applied to magnesium alloy processed products, rods, bars, tubes, plates, sheets, wires, etc.. By secondary refining, the magnesium alloys manufactured by yirui company have higher purity and lower impurity. The magnesium liquid is poured directly from the heat holding furnace, and crystallizes rapidly. This improves the compactness of internal microstructure of the magnesium rods. The internal crystal are more compact, and the physical performance is greatly enhanced compared to the conventional casting products.
