The air cylinder, on the other hand, is suitable for pressure vessel technique and is large enough to store enough air in the two-explosion interval. - Fan Control Panel : It is made of hard plastic materials with time-controlled control, magnetic thermal switch, contactor, motor protection relay, direct current transformer, working-fault lamps to provide fan and pulse controls. - Solenoid driver with Differential Pressure Control : Thanks to a differential pressurestat that will detect the pressure difference at the filtering inlet and outlet, it saves compressed air consumption by keeping the pulse blasting interval long while the filters are clean. In case of contamination of the filters, it warns for timely replacement without clogging. - Air Lock: It is an element made of cast body, external bearing bearing, motor and reducer group, which ensures that the filtered dust is discharged continuously from the unit in case the dust density in the polluted air entering the filter is high.
