Datura stramonium is a foul smelling, erect, free branching herb that forms a bush up to 2-5 feet tall. The root is long thick, fibrous and white. It has simple or bifurcated round, erect, glabrous stem. The leaves are 8-20cm long, smooth, toothed, soft and irregularly undulated.
