Temperature cooling system:Through the temperature monitoring screen you can read the temperature of oil, 55 degree is our default configuration, once the machine is working, oil temperature goes higher than 55 degree, the cooling system inside will run automatically to decrease temperature in order to protect machine. Technical documents All labels on machines and lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, Operation Manual, will be in English. The seller should send all necessary files to the buyer since the third week since project execution. All documents in hard copies should be also shipped with machines together. 2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work a. After all machines are delivered to customer¡¯s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc. b. The buyer will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer¡¯s factory. c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 per day for each engineer. d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer¡¯s factory. 3. Quantity and quality guarantee a.Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation: In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, the buyer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. The seller will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office. b.Guarantee period and after-sales services: 13 months since date of bill of lading During this guarantee period, the seller will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, the seller will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price. c.Long-term service: The seller will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide. Design Features & Benefits The spiral plate heat exchanger is made by rolling two long metal plates around a center core to form two concentric spiral flow passages, one for each fluid. The plate edges are welded shut so that each fluid stays within its own passage and there is no flow bypassing or intermixing. Channel plate width and spacing (gap between plates) are optimized for the specified duty, maximum heat transfer, and ease of access. The plate gap is maintained by welded spacer studs although some designs do not require them. Due to its inherent circular design and large surface area to volume ratio, the spiral heat exchanger offers unique advantages over other types of heat exchangers like the shell and tube. High Thermal Efficiency Single and long curving flow passages with a uniform rectangular cross-section ensure superior flow distribution, intense turbulence, and high heat transfer coefficients (50-100% greater than shell & tubes). Self-Cleaning Passages The spiral's single-flow passages induce high shear rates that scrub away deposits as they form. This self-cleaning effect reduces fouling and makes spiral heat exchangers ideal for handling tough fluids such as process slurries, sludge, and media with suspended solids or fibers. Countercurrent or Co-current Spiral heat exchangers normally operate in true countercurrent flow for close approaches and temperature crosses. Occasionally a co-current flow design has major benefits, especially in cooling or heating fluids prone to gelation, burn-on, freezing or similar skin temperature related fouling.
