Three-phase transformers are used to convert the available 3-phase mains voltage into any load voltage.
To cater for the wide range of application areas involved,these transformers are essentially available in
the same kinds of designs as the single-phase transformers, e.g.
Three-phase dry-type transformer:
separate winding version
Three-phase series transformer:
autotransformer winding version
Three-phase safety, isolating, mains or
insulating transformer: separate winding version
In terms of how the 3 coils are connected, there are various options available and each of these provides
the transformers with specific properties. The vector group code is composed of the following elements:
The upper-case letter indicates the higher-voltage winding
(the highest voltage in terms of operation).
The lower-case letter indicates the lower-voltage winding.
The brought-out neutral is indicated by means of N or n
(depending on voltage level).
â?¢ The distinctive number indicates the phase angle of the lower voltage
in relation to the higher voltage (distinctive number multiplied by 30).
The following winding connection options are available
Delta: D, d
Wye (or star): Y, y
Zigzag: Z, z
Example: Dyn5
Higher-voltage winding is delta-connected.
Lower-voltage winding is star-connected with a brought-out neutral.
The lower voltage lags behind the higher voltage by 150�° (5 x 30�°).
Unless specifically requested otherwise, the transformers are configured with a double-star connection
and a brought-out neutral (vector group Yyn0); for autotransformers the vector group is YNa0.

Dry type transformer

Our factory h grade non-encapsulated insulation three-phase dry type transformer is manufactured with nomex insulation material which approbated by ul, and has many advantages of safe, reliable, energy-saving, fire-proof, explosion-proof, easy to maintain. Its design is advanced, structure is reasonable, appearance is pretty. Meanwhile, its main performance are superior to domestic standards, such as partial discharging level, no-load loss, with-load loss, low noise and can work under conditions with high damp, etc. It can be installed in areas with large load, be suitable for high-rise buildings, airports, railway stations, docks, subways, hospitals, electricity factories and so on.
Characteristics of h grade non-encapsulated dry type transformer:
1, the elaborate designed coil structure and vacuum immersed treatment enablesg(b)10 transformer partial discharging volume be very small, less than or equal to 5pc. No crack performance will be found during the whole service life, and its insulation level will be kept as good as beginning .
2.The high voltage part adopts continuous wire winding. Lv foil winding, vacuum immersed, curing processed and high strength ceramics supporting, with fine withstandcapability to paroxysmal short-circuit current
3.Flame resisting, flameproof, nontoxic, self-extinguishing, fireproof.
4. When burn in high temperature and open fire, almost no fume will be produced
5. Insulation level of the transformer is h gradeâ 
6.The insulation layer is very thin, with strong shorttime over load capability, needlessof forced cooling, can be overloaded for 120% for long term and 140% for 3 hours.
As this kind of insulation material has elasticity and will not be aged, it can be full loaded at once under suitable conditions.

SGB (DGB) series three-phase (single-phase) dry-type, isolating, voltage transformer is a multi-coil (double coil and above) structure voltage transformer, the primary and secondary windings are insulated from each other. Its transformation ratios are of fixed and tapping type, which enable voltage bucking and boosting. It can also electrically isolate input and output windings from each other to avoid risks of simultaneous access to electrified body (or electrified metal parts due to insulation damage) and ground hazard. Besides, it also has certain inhibiting effect of various kinds of interference.
