The super tough film strength of CHAMPION POLY-7 stays put under extreme shock loads and offers a very low friction coefficient.

A special additive A-7 gives CHAMPION POLY-7 increased lubrication and delivers excellent oxidation, adhesion, and pumpability characteristics. It resists moisture and water washout. CHAMPION POLY-7 is an all weather grease meeting the requirements of NLGI GC-LB for automotive wheel bearing and chassis lubrication.

CHAMPION AMBER LITHIUM is a light amber colored lithium grease with good load carrying, rust and oxidation protection and corrosion resistant characteristics. It has good pumpability and low temperature properties. It is recommended for general purpose lubrication for automotive, agricultural and industrial applications. It is available in NLGI Grade #2.

CHAMPION POLY 7 RED is our tacky, multi-purpose, high temperature grease that incorporates polymer technology, premium additive technology, hydro-treated base oils and a lithium complex thickening system. Additive and polymer technologies ensure maximum lubricity and adhesion, resistance to water wash-out, and resistance to sling-off. Tackiness additives keep this grease in place under high pitch line speeds, and provide ease of application.

CHAMPION POLY 7 RED's premium combination of additives provide for excellent resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion. Extreme-pressure chemistry and polymer technology work together to ensure reduced wear, especially under extreme shock loads, and protects against scuffing, spalling, fretting, and pitting of bearings, gears, and bushings. High base oil viscosity index improves pumpability while offering higher protection at high operating temperatures, while lithium complex thickening provides for high run-out resistance at very high operating temperatures.

Champion Hi-Temp Disc Brake Wheel Bearing Grease is a lithium complex grease that is smooth, adhesive, slightly stringy and blue in color. It has been formulated for operations from a 0 F to 350 F, but with a dropping point of + 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This grease is designed for better adherence to wheel bearings in trucking and off-highway.

EP2 Grease is premium quality lithium based greases containing Extreme Pressure additives which confer excellent shear stability and high load carrying ability. These are suitable for situations dictating the use of extreme pressure grease, particularly, those subjected to shock loads.
EP 2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in anti friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.
It provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common.
It has drop point of 190 Deg C and penetration ranging from 265 to 295. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250.

EP 0, 1, 2, 3, 004, and 023 products are a great performance family of four wide-ranging purpose manufacturing greases and two distinct duty semi-fluid greases. These lithium hydroxy stearate greases are articulated to deliver additional security against wear, corroding, and water washout. They are obtainable in varieties ranging from 00 to 3, with base oil thicknesses.

APPLICATION
