Waterborne Acrylic Modified Saturated Polyester Resin
Can be cured at between 120 150. Even higher temperature, it has good yellowing resistance. It is suitable for coil coating and can coating. It has very good results for dipping primer applications. It is also for clear gloss protective coating.

3, Product Properties:
Good hardness (>4H), high gloss;
Good flexibility;
Good solvent resistance;
Low temperature fast cross-linking (110. 20minutes);
Excellent shear stability, can be grinded with dispersions directly.
4, Instructions:
WL-182 can be diluted with water after neutralization by N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine the amount of which is about 4-5%of WL-182.It has tocombine waterborne amino resin to make baking coating. The suggested amount is about 20-30% of WL-182 by weight. The baking temperatureis above 120. The baking conditions and film properties are related with the amino resins used. Right amount of waterborne acidic catalysts canbe added when using methyl etherified amino resin(recommended adding amount is 0.5-1% of WL-182), which can accelerate solidifying.
PH value of the coating system can always be adjusted with organic amine or ammonia. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the PH valueincreases. The resin can help to wet pigments, so wetting agent may reduce.
5, Storage:
It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry weak alkaline place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expiredproducts can still be used after passing the inspections.
