Borosilicate glass according to DIN 7080.
For compressive stress with temperatures borosilicate circular sight glass up to max. 280 degrees Celsius,
Where a greater degree of chemical resistance or higher operating temperatures are required, a borosilicate glass should be specified. In a toughened form, temperatures up to 315 degrees Celsius are possible whilst annealed glass may be used up 400 degrees Celsius continuously with a short term maximum of 500 degrees Celsius.
In addition to standard DIN sizes, glasses are available in a wide range of diameters up to 60mm thick (see annular edge sight glass).
Soda Lime glass according to DIN 8902.
For compressive stress with temperatures borosilicate circular sight glass up to max. 150 degrees Celsius,
This is the most commonly used material due to its low cost. It can be easily toughened to effectively increase the mechanical strength of annealed glass by up to five times.
We have plant and equipment, including our water-jet cutting machine and CNC machining center, to produce diameters between 3mm and 1500 mm, and thicknesses up to 25m.
Quartz glass according to customer's requirements, made from JGS1, JGS2, JGS3, on production.

Quartz: Quartz is one of the most well-known minerals on the earth with numerous uses. Sand, which is composed of tiny Quartz pebbles, is the primary ingredient for the manufacture of glass. We feel pride in introducing ourselves as a leading Quartz Lumps Exporters from India. Mineral-grade packaging is provided for safe and easy delivery of Quartz Lumps. We welcome orders from Middle East, East Asian and several other countries and ensure timely shipment. Applications : It is used as an abrasive for sandblasting, grinding glass and cutting of soft stones. Quartz powder is also used in ceramic tiles along with feldspar.
Fused silica is a glass consisting of pure silica (SiO2) in amorphous form. Fused quartz has high working and melting temperatures, making it less desirable for most common applications. Features Of Quartz Quartz is very common in sedimentary rocks such as sandstone. It is composed of Silicon and oxygen atoms. It is closest to pure chemical compound and has constant physical properties. Quartz strength and non-reactive properties make it indispensable ingredient in the production of thousand of everyday products. Application Drilling Ceramics Paints Glass
Quartz, the main component of glass, has a variety of different applications in various industries such as construction granulates and solar panels. It's a hard, crystalline mineral made up of silicon and oxygen atoms, and it's also the second most widely available mineral in the earth's crust after the feldspar Quartz mineral has hexagonal-shaped crystals. The color range for quartz is massive. This adaptable mineral is both long-lasting and chemically inert, with high heat resistance and electrical qualities. We source the majority of our quartz minerals from the regions of Rajasthan, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh. It is an extremely useful mineral in the manufacturing of solar panels, semiconductors and electronics, aluminium and steel alloys, and also in the construction sector, after being transformed into silicon (Si) through gaseous reduction at high temperatures. The physical properties of the quartz mineral are chemical inertness, thermal stability and electrical properties. It is also known for its hardness and it ranks 7 on the Mohs scale. Our high-purity quartz mineral finds its usage in the manufacturing of the casting of silicon for photovoltaic cells that make up solar panels and semiconductor components. Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica (silicon dioxide). The atoms are linked in a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon-oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Within the sector of aluminium and iron & steel industries, quartz pebbles once converted to silicon, are critical components in the production of ferro-alloys and silicon for aluminium alloys and silicone. Further, in the refractories, high-grade quartzite-based silica minerals have been used in the fabrication of linings for the coreless induction furnaces for melting and retaining iron for decades. We at Aryan Tiles will keep its development efforts focused on developing new markets for its high-purity quartz products that promote the usage of renewable energy sources like solar power cells.
We offer high quality Quartz Sand that is in huge demand in the markets. We offer Quartz Sand at very affordable price to adjacent states, national & multi national companies engaged in the manufacturing of glass making, foundries, abrasive, tennis coating, grinding media etc. We are well reckoned as one of the fastest emerging Quartz Sand manufacturers and suppliers based in India.
Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica. Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust. It is hard, brittle, transparent material with a density of 2649 kg/m3 and a melting point of 1432°C. This naturally available quartz is mined by the company and processed for achieving the various size fractions as per customers requirements. Once the high purity Quartz is procured from the mines, the material undergoes manual sorting, advanced colour sorting, state- of the- art magnet systems, proper sizing with high frequency vibrations to achieve the best material. Application industries: Engineering stone Semiconductor Glass Refractory Ceramics
