Split Peanut Blancher

Description:

New type Split Peanut Blancher is designed to split/blanch whole roasted peanut kernels into half or less half piece. It also called a Belt Blancher. Under this blanched peanuts splits maker, the red skin is taken off and collected by air cyclone. This kind of split nut blancher can treat broken peanut kernels, even those are from peanut sheller.
This blanched peanuts making machine applies to peanut blanching line, peanut chopping line, peanut butter line and peanut slice line. This kind of Split nut peeling machine can adjust the gap of rubber belts, in order to satisfy different processing purpose. Bitter germs will be removed by the vibrating sifter at the back of the peanut skin blancher.

Principle:

The machine is roasted peanuts kernels enter the feeding hopper and pass through the vertical hoist, to gap between the two silicone belts with special strips with special textures, the gap between the silicone strips can be adjusted according to needs. The two silicone strips continuosly rub peanut kernels at high speed rotating. So that the peanuts are broken and peeled, while the feed spiral pushes the peanuts forward, then falls on the vibrator. Through the vibration screening of the vibrator, the suction fan continuously sucks away the peanut red clothes, thereby achieving the separation of the peanuts kernels and the red clothes.
