Cigarette paper is the paper for manufacturing of machine made cigarettes or cigarette tubes, which is slitted into bobbins of width of 18.5mm to 54mm, length of 4500 to 6500m, porosity of 20 to 100CU, grammage of 20 to 35gsm. Paper marking of verge, repse, velin, cross, spiral and special logo and words available under certain conditions. We have coffee color cigarette paper as well which color shall follow our existing paper. A constant porosity and its CV of cigarette paper is very important for cigarette smoking tests, a approperate burning speed is also key data for smoking and good ash shape. Cigarette paper is also involved to the taste during smoking, which means cigarette paper is very important to produce a good cigarette. Pakage of cigarette paper is by either pallets or carton boxes which is in accordance with customer request.

Innerliner is used to wrap and/or bundle the cigarettes inside of the outer packaging. Innerliner is normally using alllluminum foil backed with paper. Today because of environment protection, more and more company uses innerliner with very small aluminum content (metalizing innerliner) or paper innerliner without metal but only by priting or coating on the paper. The innerliner is available with embossing of designs.
Smoking paper is also called Roll Your Own (RYO) cigarette paper which is used in hand rolling cigarettes or entertainment smoking purpsoe. The paper is made of flax, hemp and wood fibers or their mixtures, which offers different taste during smoking. We are able to produce original and bleached papers with marks according to specific requirement. The booklets sizes and sheets quantity could be designed and produced according to customer requests. Single and double whindows booklets is vailable. We can supply cut bundles packed in big cartons which is able to be packed by yourself with your own brands. Some colored RYO is available based on a certainer order quantity and conitions.
White tipping base paper is a white thin paper used to produce "print on white" tipping paper. White tipping base paper is widely used to print most of the tipping papers except customer request to use yellow tipping base. White tipping base paper can be printed, hot stamped and/or perforated into many kinds of tipping paper designs and in many applications. Grammage of this paper is available from 30 to 40gsm, with reel width and length in according to customer request which shall be suitable for paper machine trimed width.
