Leatherwood honey originates from the Tarkine Rainforest in Tasmania and is a strong-flavoured honey produced by bees feeding on the nectar of the Leatherwood Eucalyptus trees’ white flowers during flowering season. From the slopes of Tasmania’s famous Cradle Mountain this award winning honey is highly regarded by connoisseurs around the world. It’s Pale Amber colour belies a floral richness of flavour many adore immediately or come to love as no other.
