The machine is independently controlled by five sets of servo motors feeding axis, spacing, upper cutter axis, lower cutter axis, and outer diameter axis.
The computer operation is simple and the manual test is consistent with automatic production: adjust the spring seal, input the reference diameter, pitch, and a number of turns to simplify the work of the machine, which saves a lot of adjustment time than the general conventional machine.
The zero return position of each working axis can be set freely (according to the actual adjustment needs)
