GROUNDNUT OIL
Peanut oil, also known as groundnut oil or arachis oil, is a mild-tasting vegetable oil derived from peanuts. Nature oil deserved to extracting oil in traditional wood press system without adding any preservative or extracting agent. Selective groundnut is used for extraction of high quality groundnut oil.
Process
Fresh Groundnut meat is carefully choosen and then sun dried. This drying process, however, seems to be important to the resulting taste and quapty of the oil.
This dried Groundnut is then placed into a woodpress (Marachekku) and pressed.
This pressing yields oil with proteins. These oil are allowed to "settle" in settpng tanks for 4 days.
Oil is filtered & Packed, No Refinement Process & No Preservatives added
