Product Description
Brief description:
The Gas Separator separates free gas from fluid prior to entering pumps and helps avoid costly pump damage.
The Gas Separator was designed to provide a method of allowing gas to separate out of the solution and migrate up the annulus, preventing gas locking of the down-hole pump. They use centrifugal forces to separate the gas from the produced liquids, before they enter the pump. Liquids will be carried through into the pump suction while the separated gases are forced to migrate up the annulus. Using the tool allows gas-free production fluids to be carried into the pump station while the separated gases are forced to migrate up the annulus.
The Beam Gas Down-Hole Separator pump increases efficiency and production.
Features:
1,Gas separation
2,Production increase
3,Prevents gas locking
4,Increases pump rate/ Pump efficiency and pump rate will be increased

EQUINAS NBO 60u High Quality Naphthenic Base Oil EQUINAS NBO 60u is a high-quality Naphthenic Base Oil with very good dielectric properties and oxidation stability intended for transformers, switchgears, and other electrical equipment. Naphthenic base oil is a type of mineral oil that is produced through the refining of crude oil. It is characterized by its composition of saturated cyclic hydrocarbons called naphthene. Applications: Naphthenic base oils are used in a wide range of applications, including automotive lubricants, transformer oils, metalworking fluids, rubber and tire manufacturing, and more. They are particularly well-suited for use in applications where low-temperature performance is critical, such as in hydraulic fluids, refrigeration oils, and compressor lubricants Features and Benefits: Low-temperature fluidity: Naphthenic base oil has a low pour point and excellent low-temperature fluidity, making it suitable for use in cold environments. Good solvency: Naphthenic base oil has good solvency, which allows it to dissolve additives and other chemicals that are added to lubricants and other products. Good oxidative stability: Naphthenic base oil has good oxidative stability, which means it can resist degradation caused by exposure to oxygen. Thermal stability: Naphthenic base oil can withstand high temperatures without breaking down or forming deposits. Compatibility: Naphthenic base oil is compatible with a wide range of other materials, including elastomers, seals, and metals. Environmental advantages: Naphthenic base oil is a naturally occurring substance, and its production process generates fewer harmful emissions and waste products than some other types of base oils. Packages size: Available in drums and flexibags Health and Safety: Based on available information, this product is not expected to produce adverse effects on health when used for applications referred to above and the recommendations provided in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are followed. The SDS is available upon request through our sales contact office. This product should not be used for purpose other than the applications referred to above. If disposing of used product, take care to protect the environment, follow the local rules and regulations of your local Authority.
Wholesale Light cycle oil Light Cycle Oil (LCO) is a secondary liquid product derived from the fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process in refineries. This process breaks down larger hydrocarbon molecules from heavy gas oils into smaller, more valuable products like gasoline and diesel. LCO typically sits between diesel and heavy gas oil in terms of boiling range and weight. Primary Characteristics: Appearance: Typically amber to dark brown liquid. Odor: Characteristic petroleum smell. Density: Intermediate, falling between lighter distillates and heavier oils. Sulfur Content: Can vary based on the feedstock and refining process, but often higher than diesel and gasoline. Applications: Blending Component: Frequently blended into diesel fuel to enhance volume, though this requires treating to meet emissions standards.

Mazut may be used for heating houses in the former USSR and in countries of the Far East that do not have the facilities to blend or break it down into more conventional petro-chemicals. In the West, furnaces that burn mazut are commonly called "waste oil" heaters or "waste oil" furnaces. Mazut-100 is a fuel oil that is manufactured to GOST specifications, for example GOST 10585-75 (not active), GOST 10585-99 Oil fuel. Mazut is almost exclusively manufactured in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan. This product is typically used for larger boilers in producing steam since the energy value is high. The most important factor when grading this fuel is the sulfur content, which can mostly be affected by the source feedstock. For shipment purposes, this product is considered a dirty oil product, and because viscosity drastically affect whether it is able to be pumped, shipping has unique requirements. Mazut is much like Number 6 Oil (Bunker C), and is part of the products left over after gasoline and lighter components are evaporated from the crude oil. Best Price

Industrial Burning: Some industries utilize LCO as a combustion fuel, though this is less common due to its higher sulfur content and potential emissions. Advantages: Versatility: Can be further processed or blended to meet various fuel product needs. Economic Value: Provides an additional stream of revenue from the FCC process, maximizing the yield of a refinery. Feedstock Potential: Offers refineries another option for producing lighter, more desirable products.
