What is Sunflower Oil? Sunflower oil is a non-volatile oil that can be easily extracted from sunflowers. Although mostpeople are already familiar with sunflowers, they donâ??t immediately think of sunflowers as sources of an extremely healthy vegetable oil that can replace some of the less healthy cooking oils available on the market. Sunflower oil is also used in certain cosmetic applications. The main producers of sunflower oil are Russia, Ukraine, and Argentina, but it is used throughout the world in the preparation of various cuisines. Sunflower oil has many uses, including the following: Used in cooking and frying Used in cosmetics like lip balms and skin creams Used as a medicine for the heart as it is low cholesterol OTHER PRODUCTS Extra-virgin olive oil, Light olive oil, Coconut oil, Canola and other vegetable oils, Avocado oil, Peanut oil, Sesame oil, Grapeseed oil, Palm oil, item value Type sunflower oil Product Type Wood Oil Processing Type Refined Fractionated Oil Packaging Bulk Purity (%) 100 Volume (L) 20 Grade Premium Brand Name SUNFLOWER OIL, PALM OLEIN Use Cooking Usage Food Industry Oil Refining Industry
Our Avocado oil is an edible oil extracted from the pulp of avocadoes, the fruit of Persea americana. It is used as an edible oil both raw and for cooking, where it is noted for its high smoke point. It is also used for lubrication and in cosmetics. Avocado oil has an unusually high smoke point: 250°C (482°F) for unrefined oil and 271°C (520°F) for refined. The exact smoke point depends heavily on the quality of refinement and the way the oil is stored. It is high in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E, and also enhances the absorption of carotenoids and other nutrients.
OLIVE OIL VIRGIN: Olive oil has a long history of being used as a home skincare remedy. Egyptians used it alongside beeswax as a cleanser, moisturizer, and antibacterial agent since pharaonic times. In ancient Greece, olive oil was used during massage, to prevent sports injuries and relieve muscle fatigue. In 2000, Japan was the top importer of olive oil in Asia because consumers there believe both the ingestion and topical application of olive oil to be good for skin and health. Olive oil is popular for use in massaging infants and toddlers, but scientific evidence of its efficacy is mixed. One analysis of olive oil versus mineral oil found that, when used for infant massage, olive oil can be considered a safe alternative to sunflower, grapeseed and fractionated coconut oils. This stands true particularly when it is mixed with a lighter oil like sunflower, which "would have the further effect of reducing the already low levels of free fatty acids present in olive oil". Another trial stated that olive oil lowered the risk of dermatitis for infants in all gestational stages when compared with emollient cream. However, yet another study on adults found that topical treatment with olive oil "significantly damages the skin barrier" when compared to sunflower oil, and that it may make existing atopic dermatitis worse. The researchers concluded that due to the negative outcome in adults, they do not recommend the use of olive oil for the treatment of dry skin and infant massage
