Hello, we are interested in being your suppliers of LANGOSTINOS ROJOS ARGENTINOS. We can package with your brand, ours of your clients or anonymous. Bulk or Fractioned / packaged. We are extractors and processors of Argentine Red Shrimp (Pleoticus Muelleri) we control all steps in the value chain of the product. From Argentina we ship HOSO and HLSO and we bring the Argentinian red shrimp extracted by our float to our state of the art processing plant in Spain and here we elaborate all additional formats ( PDTO, PD, EZP , PUD). We can adapt to any requirements of format an packaging: skin pack, doy pack and bulk and we can work with the customer´s brand. In Argentina, we have the processing plant in Rawson, is sited just 400 meters from the port. The plant is equipped with the latest technology ( compressors, new static freezing and IQF tunnels, new cold storage facilities, new shrink wrapping and glazing machine). Last March we just opened our new production plant in Palencia (Spain) where we are implementing latest advances in shrimp processing and we are producing 1Tn/ day. In June will start the next fishing season (seafrozen) , and we will can offer directly from Argentina- CFR EEUU / KOREA JAPON in different sizes in full containers ( 24.000 kg in 2kg box). Besides, in Spain we have more than 3.000 Tn in stock ( between shrimp and tails).
HOSO, HLSO Alive Frozen Freezing method: Most of our products are Frozen alive so the sheel is compact and uniform, with a strong adhesion of the exoskeleton to the flesh, and the head firmly attached to the body . Texture is normal, and odor is fresh, smooth as seaweed. You will only get first quality and one of the best Q.I.M. in the market. Feed / Antibiotics: We do not use phospates to increase weight neither antibiotics into the pools as we empty them once we have harvested, which doesnt happen in most of the ponds, without running water neither cleaning the bottom, with the shrimps overcrowded so they need to use antibiotics to keep them alive as much as possible. Sizes/ Mortality :As you can see in the price list attached, we do not have small sizes.The smaller size we have is 40/50, that is because mortality in growth is little as we use the best standards, You can only find small sizes in many ponds in South Asia due to the EMS. as they died before they get bigger sizes caused by the grown conditions, water management, stress and crowding. Packaging: For better protection of the product, we wrap it twice with shrink film. First the box, and then once again the master batch.
